Therefore, it is necessary to perform certain maintenance and repair of the regulating valve. The main contents of daily maintenance of pneumatic regulating valve should include the following: (1) The inner wall of the valve. Check its pressure and corrosion resistance. (2) Valve seat. Due to the infiltration of the medium, the inner surface of the thread used to fix the valve seat is easily corroded and the valve seat becomes loose. Pay attention when inspecting. For high pressure occasions, check whether the sealing surface of the valve seat is damaged. (3) Valve core. It is necessary to carefully check whether each part of the valve core is corroded and worn, especially the valve core wear is more serious under the condition of high pressure difference, and it should be paid attention to. In addition, you should also check whether the valve stem is similar, or the connection with the valve core is loose. (4) Diaphragm, O-ring and other gaskets. Check for aging and cracks. (5) Sealing packing. Check whether the Teflon packing and sealing grease are aged and dry, and whether the mating surface is damaged.
